House Rua da Bela Vista a Lapa 65

The project is to transform this building into a family house with garage, garden and swimmimg pool. The clients requiered an extention of the surface area by adding a new top floor and a terrace on the roof and to completely modify the layout. Being located in a protected area of ​​Lisbon it is crucial to restore the building while respecting its identity.

We are currently in the first phase of this project making the house heathly and habitable.
