Since the first edition of the MURO_LX Festival in 2016, the Galeria de Arte Urbana has been promoting the diversification of the cultural offer in Lisbon bringing urban art to various areas of Lisbon, including devalued and decentralized spaces of the city. At each edition, the MURO_LX intervenes in a specific territory of the city, promoting its discovery through art, prioritizing the relationship with artists and with communities, institutions and local agents.

In a world where the desire to reduce climate impacts is growing, shared and clean mobility gains greater relevance in large cities. Lisbon is no exception and that is why the advances in this direction are notorious. So, the MURO Festival, in its 5th edition, decided to underline this new aspect of the city, choosing as its theme O MURO QUE NOS MOVE! (English “The walls which move us”)
