Monte Santa Margarida da Serra
In the first phase, we renovated the small “Monte” with 75m2, transforming it into a gorgeous small typical house from Alentejo.
The aim of this project was to bring more comfort and functionality by reviewing the layout of the bathroom, adding lighting in all areas, and nice decoration.
We have transformed part of the land close to the house and the small water basin into a nice pool.
In the second phase, we will be renovating the 130m2 annex.
In total, this is a 250m2 property renovation.
