Wine Domain ``Casal de Santa Teresinha``

The clients acquired the property in 2018 with the aim of recovering the existing building as their own home and, in addition to the vineyard activity, they also intended to reinstall the winery in one of the existing buildings. Therefore, the present project aims to legalize and adapt existing constructions for adaptation to housing use and wine cellars with wine production.
To support the vineyard plantation, this proposal also includes the construction of two agricultural supports. The property, called “Casal de Santa Teresinha”, has a total area of ​​37,038.2m²
